A couple of days ago, I had a very ‘raw’ discussion with my girlfriend about my life and our future together. She made a couple of points there and touched something inside me. I’ve been putting off important things for me, and in the end, for us. This blog itself is an example of this idleness of mine. Today’s quote seems very appropriate for us to discuss a little, don’t you think? I’d truthfully appreciate your comments on this issue.

I think that’s true that people leave unfinished proyects in their lifes or worst when we at least start these.It’s an internal figh with ourselfes because we are our worst enemy.It’s difficul hear the true,but nowdays I prefer have a moment of pain that have years with blind eyes.

I agree. People never value anything if they didn’t fight for it. Is well known. People that have everything very easy will never know the pleasure of getting it, the experiences, the struggle, all this things that make you grow, mainly psichologically. I also think that this make you much more sensible to people and circumstances, you know how to deal with different kind of scenarios.

WELL…I THINK THAT SOME TIMES IS COMPLICATED TO BE AGREE WITH OTHER PEOPLE AND MORE IF WE ARE TALKING ABOUT OURS LIFES AND THE FUTURE, AND I COMMENT THIS BECAUSE IHAVE JUST PASSED THE SAME WITH SOMEONE THAT I LOVE A LOT, BUT THE BEST IS TAKE A BREATH, SIT DOWN AND LISTEN WHAT THE OTHERS WANTS AND START TO SPEAK AND TO BE LISTEN.
MAYBE IN THAT PROCESS YOU CAN REALIZE IF REALLY YOU WANT THAT AND YOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH OTHER PEOPLE AROUND YOU.
AND I THINK IF YOU WANT TO BE HAPPY YOU HAVE TO YIELD SOME TIMES BECAUSE WE ARE HUMANS AND WE NEED EACH OTHER.

Everything in this world has to have a price, a cost. Many people can get things in a very easy (or not so easy) ways, others not, but, sometimes the feeling of getting something that is “difficult” is more exciting than just ask for it.
“No Pain, No Gain” the phrase says, and I agree with that as well.
Sometimes you’ve to fight for get this or that, but the satisfaction when you already get it is undescriptible.

“No pain, no gain” It was the first I thougt when I read the Frederick’s quote and it’s real.
I think that everybody have a diffent way to get that thay want. But when you will get it, won’t be important how you get it. I will cite a Nicolas Maquiavelo who said “EL FIN JUSTIFICA LOS MEDIOS” I don’t know how can I expres it in english.
You said you girlfriend told you something that hurt you. My mom always say “when somebody can hurt with yours words, that person is important for you” and I can add “In fact, this person didn’t want to hurt you”

It`s really difficult to listen to other people not to hear to listen and first of all to understand them. Sometimes human beings never value anything when the reality is different, you have everything,maybe your family, your job, your friends, your school, for me the most important thing is the family.
Anyway when we think about our future and the things that you really love and unfortunately you can not do them for reasons that you don`t know, maybe you know the reasons, but you ignore them. Sometimes we do things that we really hate,for example a job that slowly kills you. As human beings will always need to relax. Anyway everyday you have to make a difference, you have to fight for what you really want. don`t let another day to do the things that you really love as Life is very short. And when you share your life with somebody else you have to pay attention, you have to listen and understand your couple and always say what you really feel and think about. And the most important thing you have to value everything, and please don`t put off the things that you really love and make them today because maybe tomorrow or another day is too late and never forget who you are!!

I agree. If you dom`t have any specific goal in your life you could be lost or doing the wrong thing. You should fight for every thing, it doesn`t matterf if it is in a short o long time, or if it is a little or enormous.

That’s a great quote. I’d like to share something about my recent life with you all. As a former football player, I could taste the gain after the pain, in other words, the success after the sacrifice. I’m a 32 year old guy and I’ve just already finished my carrer last year, but the matter is that I did it after having a problem. Sometimes we need that “push” to finish our tasks and I lived it on my own. I lost my younger brother 3 years ago and he’s become my inspiration in almost everything I do since then.Now I’m trying to finish my Englis course as well as possible, but there’s no doubt that “if there’s no struggle, there’s no progress” thanxs, see you

I think this quote it´s interesting because you can find it in very different contex like “if there is no pain, there is no gain” or sth like that, my memory is not that good, anyway. My point is, we all know this, but we also need this kind of people “wisdom” and also need to see or ear or whatever, in a quote or phrase or sth like this, to realise sth that it´s supouse we know, I find that strange but I think its important because it expresses sth very speceific that may be for the excitement or sth else, we can find difficult to express, in that particular moment, and which makes us feel identify with a person or a specific group because we have felt the same and suppose (or at least we think so) we understand it better than sb who haven´t passed throw that.
Talking about the qoute itself, I think, it´s natural to feel very comfortable, or feel like you achieve sth when you finish or gain sth, pass an exam or any other situation which involves a commitment or a very special effort from you, because when you pass it away you realise all the matters involves and all that you have put throw in order to achieve sth. That´s why it´s also natural to try to put this felling of achievement,condensed on just one phrase made of a bunch of words.

Although life is so beatiful it´s impotant to realise that we must do a big efford in order to reach our goals. Sometimes all those things that make us feel terrible also can bring us great satisfactions. Specially if we are in a relationship it´s important to be sure that we gather the same ideas and ideals. And of course end it up every thing we start talks about how responsible we are in our lifes.
